The AIG personally visited Ojota Park and the Agege area of Lagos, engaging directly with youth groups and community leaders. He encouraged them to shun violence, maintain decorum, and be ambassadors of peace.
Then, without missing a beat, he crossed into Ogun State, inspecting security deployments at Sango Area Command and the critical Shagamu Interchange, ensuring full compliance with his directives. This isn’t just talk – this is boots-on-ground, face-to-face law enforcement.

In a heartfelt Easter message, the police chief extended warm greetings to all Christian faithful, urging them to celebrate without fear. However, he was crystal clear: “We are watching, we are ready, and we will act swiftly against any breach of the law.”
